- unit is located in Paseo Parkview Suites, Valero cor. Sedeno Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City. Very near Makati's Shopping Mall, Greenbelt, Restaurants. - Very nice condo with 3 aircons, fully furnished, balcony.
- Paseo Parkview Suites have gyms, swimming pool, business center, activity center and stores just outside the ground floor.
- No parking included. We don't provide parking because we are very near where you want to go in Makati so you can walk. Also, in front is a minimal fee parking if you really need to.
- Free cable TV
- Linens, utensils, towels included
- Free unlimited DSL internet
- We will even include a weekly clean-up if more than 2 weeks of rental.
- Local unit manager.

Rate is PH 3,000/night or $65/night (daily/weekly rate)
For longer terms we start at PH 65,000/month.
