Terrazas Beach provides endless hours of entertainment for Gina and her children. “When Maxine, Alexandre and I aren’t building sandcastles, collecting seashells or spotting ‘sea creatures’ during low tide at Sunset Cove, we take the speedboat out for a spin or spend most of the day swimming at the Terrazas pool near Café Sol where the kids easily find playmates and make new friends.”

We also have floral arrangement and flower art demonstrations as well as classes on yoga and healthy eating and much more,” says Dayrit. “The weekly summer activities lead up to our Summer Ender Party in early June which is a chance for residents to participate in some friendly competition while enjoying a party atmosphere with live music,” she continues.

SPANISH “sabor” filled a scorching summer afternoon as the seaside community of Terrazas de Punta Fuego in Nasugbu Batangas recently capped off summer with “Las Ramblas.” The annual event named after the famous boulevard in Barcelona, Spain was a bright and festive occasion for families who consider Terrazas their “home away from home.” Like its namesake, “Las Ramblas” offered loads of attractions to delight the senses, from the delicious paella served from massive paelleras to lively performances by the Arriba band playing Spanish, Latin, Samba and Salsa music. Surreal street performers or “buskers” like mimes, acrobats and stilt walkers kept kids of all ages entertained throughout the afternoon. Meanwhile, folks were free to roam about and shop for curios at several kiosks that dotted the party grounds of “Las Ramblas.” After lunch, partygoers also had the chance to test drive the BMW X3 and 1 series along Terrazas de Punta Fuego’s winding roads.
