The beach cove of Barombong at the back of Pagdanan is situated in Sitio Barombong, Barangay Port Barton , San Vicente municipality, Palawan . By a motorized banca ( boat ), it is 45 minutes ride from San Vicente municipality , 50 minutes to Port Barton town proper and 1. 5 hours from Sabang ( Underground River ) . Pagdanan is 15 minutes by boat from Port Barton and one can take a hike from Pagdanan to the beach cove in Barombong in 40 minutes. By 2010, the new international airport in San Vicente will be operational. The property is 16 hectares , partly flat and hilly, bound by a beautiful cove with more than 220 meters long of sugary-white sandy beach facing the China Sea. The water is crystal clear, teeming with rich marine life , abundant fish , rays and turtles are a sight . The front border by the beach is planted with about 300 coconut trees which are already producing to make copra . The inland is partly flat , 4 hectares in size and the rest is hilly. Fresh water supply comes from a waterfall that never dries out even in the hottest summer. The interior is full of forest trees like narra, ipil and apitong. There are also a great number of cashew trees specially on the hill and also carabao mango, banana, jackfruits, santol and durian trees. We only did underbrushing underneath the trees so one could easily walk through the forest and also so as not to destroy the natural habitat of the wild animals living there : Palawan peacock ( it’s really a peacock only miniature in size ), wild fowls (labuyos) , kingfishers, bleeding heart pigeons and other colorful birds, bear cat ( civet cat), monitor lizards, monkeys and others. The life in the area is peaceful and tranquil. It was surveyed by the municipality to be included it San Vicente’s tourism map since they are doing infrastructures for preparation of the opening of the international airport which means, the place is very ideal for resort business or simply having a rest house for vacations since with the upcoming progress, travelling will be much easier .We own the property by way of tax declaration, other supporting documents include updated tax clearance and municipal and barangay clearances too.
