Above is the map layout of South Lake Village and the overall Eton City Masterplan Development. As you can see, Eton City has its own exit in South Luzon Expressway, making it the MOST accessible property in the booming Sta Rosa Laguna area.It also has a Central Business District right in the center, surrounded by premium residential villages.
