Elements Residences is equipped with solar panels which efficiently absorb solar rays converting it into electricity thru the photovoltaic method. - Rainwater Catchment
This facility provides sustainable water specially during rainy season. The collected rainwater irrigates the Sky Garden and Hanging Garden and serves as water storage system for building maintenance. - Green Roofs
