Payment Procedure

Day 1:  Pay the Reservation Fee to ensure the house or unit will be under your name.
Day 30 - 45: Start paying your monthly downpayment until the 15 month term is finish.
Month 16th:  Your downpayment terms of 15 months is finished.  The next month, 16th, your monthly amortization with the bank starts.
Month 17-18th:  Estimated date to move-in or transfer to your house.

Move-In or House Turn-over

  • House will be turn over to the Buyer within 3 months after paying in full the required downpayment.
  • House will NOT be turn over to Buyer if he/she did not submit all the required documents.

Term of Payment and Financing

Available Financing:  Bank and Inhouse Financing only.  
Developer will process your bank and inhouse loans.  So just submit those simple requirements.
