Buying Procedure

  • Call us if you want to visit Lancaster New City in Cavite and view our house model. We have meeting place to fetch our Clients at Mall of Asia or Baclaran.
  • Once you decide that Lancaster New City will be your family's future home, choose the block and lot from our Sales Map.
  • Request for computation and ask to be explained the terms of payment and your options on how to save on interest.
  • Fill up the Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS) and Reservation Agreement (RA).
  • Pay the reservation fee.
  • Down payment will start within 30 days after you reserved the unit. It will be paid in 15 monthly installment without interest.
  • After 15 months, your next payment will be to the bank (bank financing). This payment is called amortization.
  • The amortization will start on the 16th month. After you have fully paid the 15 down payment.
  • Meanwhile, your house will be constructed on the 16th month of your down payment period.
  • Estimated time your house will be turn-over or delivered to you is on the 24th month.
Buyer's Qualification for Bank Financing

  • Must be Filipino citizen.
  • If Buyer is a Filipino Immigrant, must have a Dual Citizenship.
  • Must be 18 yrs. - 50 yrs. Must not be more than 50 yrs. old.
  • Must be presently working.
  • No problem with marital status. No separated with wife or husband.
  • No pending legal cases.
  • No cancelled credit cards.  No credit card on amnesty. No unpaid loan account.
