BORACAY, voted as world's best beach destination, boasts of a growing influx of tourists from all over the world. To address the shortage in accomodation, the Balaihara Villatel was conceptualized. It has the only access to the ALL-SEASON powder-white sand beach. The Villatels are located right next to the 9th Hole of the LONE GOLF COURSE of the ONLY GATED RESORT in Boracay.

The resort itself is self-contained; it offers a wide variety of recreational amenities: three (3) private coves, a beach clubhouse with fresh water swimming pool, an aviary with observation deck, a kiddie center with play area, a wine cellar inside an authentic cave whose products will be served at a bar at the mouth of the cave,water sports center and a park perfect for strolling.

The unit is estimated to become self liquidating and pays for itself in 4 - 5 years.* How?

Each unit will be leased back to the Villatel Management for 15 years and will be operated like a 5-star hotel. Each unit owner will get 1/30 share of the total revenue of the building (30 units), the rest will go to the maintenance, operation, management and marketing costs. To enjoy the Boracay sun and sands, each unit owner have 30 days annually to use his unit.

On the 16th year, the unit owner has the option to renew the management contract, sell or personally manage his unit.
