B. Financing Scheme
a. Equity Downpayment (EDP) options:
1) 20% payable in cash or in four (4) equal monthly installments at zero percent (0%) interest.
2) 30% payable in cash, with a two and a half percent (2½%) discount.
3) 30% payable in four (4) or six (6) equal monthly installments at zero percent (0%) interest.
b. Balance of the Total Contract Price payment options:
1) Payable in six (6) months without interest
2) Financing available through our partner/ tie-up bank, First Consolidated Bank (FCB) with payment terms
of up to fifteen (15) years. The buyer has the option to avail of a fixed monthly amortization for the entire
duration of the loan or a monthly amortization subject for repricing on an annual basis.
3) Financing schemes from other financial institutions are also acceptable.
Payment Schedule of the Balance of the TCP
• Payment of monthly amortization on the balance of the TCP starts 30 days after the full payment of the EDP:
1. Cash payment of the EDP: 30 days after
2. Four (4) months at zero percent (0%) interest: 30 days after the last EDP schedule
