c. Any adjustments in the contribution as a result of the estimated FOREX differences shall be reconciled at unit turnover.

Failure to settle the monthly contribution on time shall result to a 3% per month penalty.

All local and international buyers are required to issue postdated checks (PDC’s) to cover downpayment, monthly amortizations and turnover balance. Postdated checks can be in Philippine Peso, US Dollar, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar denominated.

Payments via wire transfers or remittances are not allowed.
7.
The Developer reserves the right to correct errors in prices and terms in the event discrepancies are discovered at any time.
8.
Acceptance of additional payments is subject to approval of the payments terms by the Developer.
