DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENT PROCEDURES

For Lots for Sale

1. Xerox of Passport,  in absence of passport, 1 valid ID and latest cedula (including spouse if married)
2. Xerox of Marriage Contract ( if married)
3. 2 Original Proof of Billing Address ( Meralco / PLDT / Water Bill / other utility bills / letter envelopes with address with stamp from post office)
4.  Special Power of Attorney in case youre abroad and will assign a person to sign all the documents in your behalf

Procedures for Reservation of Lot

1. Pay  the Reservation fee at the Cashier and you get your receipt
2. Accomplish the Reservation Application Form and submit to the office (Royale Homes)

Reservation may be in Cash or Check

• Payment and Signing of Reservation Application done at the office of Royale Homes Marketing Corp.
• Check must be payable to Royale Homes Marketing Corp. and must be dated. Postdated checks not allowed.

Procedures for signing of Contract to Sell

1. Within 7 days from Reservation date, you can pay the full downpayment either Cash or CHECK payable to Royale Homes Marketing Corp. in order to avail of the discount on downpayment.
2. Once full downpayment is paid, you are now ready to sign the Contract to Sell and other pertinent documents. By this time, all the documentary requirements should have been submitted so that when submitted to Sta Lucia Realty, your files are complete.
