Procedures for Reservation of Lot - Pay the Reservation fee at the Cashier and you get your receipt

Procedures for signing of Contract to Sell - Within 7 days from Reservation date, you can pay the full downpayment either Cash or CHECK payable to Royale Homes Marketing Corp. in order to avail of the discount on downpayment.
