As of now, we have four (4) reopened units at One Serendra, those were at Sections D and E of the Mid-Rise section of One Serendra. We are currently selling the East Tower and One Serendra. This tower is a part of the high-rise section of the project. Each unit on East Tower has their own balcony. I’m suggesting that, if you want a best view on that high-rise tower, you should choose a unit which is in 21st and up. Units come with an appurtenant parking unit which you can use if you have a car. However if you don’t have a car, you can make if for lease. The East Tower is the first offering of the latest phase of One Serendra. A second towers will be connected to the East Tower by an exclusive garden bridge section.
