NAKPIL PROPERTY – ANTIPOLO
The land is typical of the area in Antopolo. It is topographically elevated much higher than Metro Manila. It is hilly and has a terrain that undulates continuously towards the Sierra Madre.
It is estimated to be around 14 km. from Antipolo City. It has a comfortable 1 hour driving distance through Marcos highway from C-5 road. The familiar buildings one would encounter are the Robinson’s and other malls as well as the Forest Hills Golf Club. The same highway would join with the new C-6 circumferential highway leading to the Quezon province or Tanay, Baras, and the different Laguna towns known for its scenic tourist attraction.
Another building that host many conferences is the Boso Boso Convention Center which is a few meters away. The most outstanding feature of the lot is its spectacular bird’s eye view of Laguna lake and would be the future location of the new Antipolo municipal building and capital. The climate is very much cooler than Quezon City nearly approximating Tagaytay specially at night.
The general physical feature of the lot is sloping with the highest point of the property fronting Marcos highway with lots of greenery and mango trees.
It has access to power lines and transportation. It is classified as agricultural land and is in Barangay San Jose Antipolo City and has an area of 69,497 s.m.
The 24,000 s.m has an ongoing litigation being handled by our lawyer. It has the usual squatter / owner problem - without proper documents to show proof of ownership.
We are asking P800 per square meter for the 45,000 + square meters and the lot with 24,000 square meters negotiable at P650 per square meters.
