How Does the Unit Owner Earn This Much?

Project Details and Milestones

Acacia Grove Hotel is located within the heart of the Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang, the fastest growing satellite city in Metro Manila, at the corner of Commerce and Filinvest Avenues.  With Alabang considered to be the gateway to the South, premier tourist destinations are just a leisurely drive away via the South Luzon Expressway.

Acacia Grove Hotel will rise to 16 floors featuring 262 deluxe rooms and equipped with five-star quality of service and amenities.  The Grand Lobby takes its inspiration from The Peninsula Manila and Shangri-La Makati.  The hotel will feature a 600-seater ballroom, a state-of-the-art reception area, and fully-equipped function rooms, presidential, executive and bridal suites.

For this purpose, the developer engaged the services of Engineering Equipment, Inc. as its general contractor to construct the building and assemble a team of renowned architects, interior design specialists, and landscape artists, as well as engineers and consultants to bring about a hotel that you can truly be proud of. 

Acacia Grove Hotel started its excavation in July 31, 2008.  At first, the excavation proceeded slowly but once the problems were straightened out, the construction continued in full swing until the top-off in December 22, 2009.  Currently, the architectural works are proceeding in all floors simultaneously.  The hotel staff is now being recruited and trained.  Full completion of the building is expected within the year.  And the Acacia Grove Hotel is expected to open its doors in full operation before the start of the second quarter in 2011.

The Developer

CORPORATE HOLDINGS MANAGEMENT, INC. (CHMI) is the group behind Acacia Grove Hotel.
