Verdantpoint Development Corporation was incorporated in April 2005 amidst bleak economic
conditions.Rather than faltering  from  their  mission of providing quality and affordable shelter
across  all  economic classes,  the  owners continued with their plan to set-up  the company

A number of highly skilled veterans in the real estate industry joined the company shortly after

Rizal.  The   market  had   accepted  the   new  project   beyond   the   owner's   expectation.
Additional inventories were lined up to meet  the  market  demand. To date, VDC continuous
to find innovative ways in community development providing an opportunity for each and  every
Filipino  to  own  a roof over their heads.
