Property Location and Identification:
The property is about 10 minutes from the Capitol of Iba. The property can be seen along the road.
Land Data:
The topography is flat all along the entire property. There are lots of mango trees which are income earning. Rice is being planted before and some portion where used as fishpond for personal consumption of the owners only.

Electric power is available. Water can be tapped in the area and potable. Telephone communication available, banking institutions, public market, churches, memorial parks, hospitals, univesity and public/private schools are accessible from the property.
Public transportation is available throughout the day along the National Road and even to the provincial road wherein the property connects to the other sections of the municipality. The road is well paved and travel time is lessen due to the use of SCTEX. Public utility bus is either by Victory Liner and other local bus that transport the locals from Olongapo to Iba to Santa Cruz and to Alaminos Pangasinan.
