The Residential Units
The residential units comprise studios (25.94 sq.m.),1 bedoom,2 bedroom units
(by combining 1 or 2 studio units) and 3 bedroom units (total area of 107.80 sq.m. including the garden and are located at the corners).
There are 17 units per floor with 5 Studios,One 1 Bedroom,One 2 Bedroom and
One 3 Bedroom Unit/s on the East Wing and with 6 Studios,1 Special Studio,
One 2 Bedroom and One 3 Bedroom Unit/s on the West Wing.
The residential tower’s units located from the 11th floor,a storey above the transition level at the 10th floor with amenities and two gardens.
