FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q. ARE THERE OTHER EXPENSES TO BE PAID BY THE UNIT OWNER UPON ENROLLMENT IN THE CONDOTEL OPERATIONS?

A.A joining fee is required to be paid by the unit owners upon enrollment to condotel operations. The joining fee will be determined later by the operator. Unit owner will still have to pay for other amenities and other services

Q. WHO WILL OPERATE THE CONDOTEL UPON COMMERCIALIZATION?

A.Condotel will be managed by the Crown Regency Hotel Chain

Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATE?

A.The condotel will generally operate like a resort hotel. Individual owners may use their condotel units for 45 days every year if their unit is enrolled under rental pooling. If the usage will exceed 45 days, they will have to pay the member's rate (30% discount from regular rate). Owners who do not choose t enroll their units under condotel operations may use their units as a vacation home or for residential purpose.

Q. IF THE UNIT OWNER DECIDES NOT TO ENROLL HIS UNIT UNDER THE CONDOTEL OPERATIONS, WILL THE UNIT OWNER BE CHARGED OF ASSOCIATION DUES?

A.Yes, the unit owner will be charged with monthly association dues & maintenance fees will be determined later by the operator.

Q. ARE THERE ASSOCIATION DUES FOR THE UNIT OWNERS WHO ENROLLED IN CONDOTEL OPERATIONS/

A.There are NO association dues for units enrolled under condotel operations.

Q.WHAT IF THE UNIT OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE 45-DAY BENEFIT?

A.The 45-day benefit has an expiry of one-year. The 45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay privilege certificates at any of the Crown Regency hotel chain of properties & other off-site facilities with no expiry period on a one to one room night value. He can also enroll it at Interval International or sell it to his friends.

Q. ARE REPAIRS SHOULDERED BY THE CONDOTEL OPERATORS?

A.Only minor repairs shall be shouldered by the condotel operator.

Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF THE CONDOTEL ENROLLMENT?

A.Upon turnover of your unit, the unit owner may immediately enroll with the operator. The minimum period you can have your unit enrolled is three (3) years.

Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATION DIFFER FROM TIMESHARES?

A.In timeshare, you only exercise a right to use the property for a certain period of time. When you own a unit in Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. (BPDI), you own a share in the company wherein your share is represented by a specific numbered unit. Your ownership of a share evidenced by a stock certificate makes you a unit owner and a shareholder of BMPDI.

Note: Pricing are inclusive of Club Ultima Membership with 7 FREE room nights with option with Interval International, subject to payment of regular charges imposes by Interval International.

For 15 mo. Installment Scheme: 50% share of profit if hotel opens before the payment is complete

For 18 mo. Installment Scheme: 40% share of profit if hotel opens before the payment is complete

For 24 mo. Installment Scheme: 30% share of profit if hotel opens before the payment is complete

For 30 mo. Installment Scheme: 20% share of profit if hotel opens before the payment is complete

- All checks should be made payable to Fuente Triangle Development Corp.

- Full profit of investors starts when investment is fully paid.

- For every 40 investment sold, an additional of 5% increase in the above prices

- Reservation deposits are non-refundable

 

Note:

Existing Club Ultima membership get a Php 300,000.00 discount from the existing price. Discount applies only to one (1) Unit. Members with one (1) room night privilege must upgrade to seven (7) room night privileges to avail of the member's price.

For non-members, Price includes Club Ultima membership with 7 FREE room nights with option to enroll with Interval International, subject to payment of regular charges imposed by Interval International.

Foreign currencies are accepted at a lock-up value of minus ONE PESO (Php1.00) of the prevailing exchange rate.

NOTE:

  1. Reservation deposit of Php 100,000.00 is part of the downpayment amount;
  2. If downpayment is paid outright, less 7% discount based on the Downpayment Amount;
  3. If the downpayment is paid within 30 days, less 5% discount based on the downpayment amount;
  4. Downpayment can be paid in 6 months
  5. The monthly amortization starts on the 7th month;
  6. All retention payables should be covered by blank dated checks. Six (6) months prior to the start of the condotel operation, buyers will be informed that the blank dated checks will be deposited.
  7. For buyers with unpaid balances at the start of condotel operations will only receive 70% dividends due until purchase amount of unit is fully paid.
  8. All checks should be made payable to Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation
  9. Full profit of Investors starts when investment is fully paid
  10. Reservation deposit of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00) is non-refundable.

Cash paying Investors will be given first priority in choosing Units and a 45-day FREE stay at any Crown Regency Hotel as signing bonus.
