All payments made will be duly credited in the new owner/choosen unit. No payment will deduct. Just pay Php3,000.00 as transfer fee. Approval may takes 2 weeks.
2. Monthly Downpayment - If your reservation date is from the 5th-19th day of the month, the downpayment is due every 20th of the month. If the reservation date is from the 20th to the end of the month, downpayment is due on the 5th of every month.
