  5. Pay the reservation fee Php7,500.00
  6. Downpayment will start within 30 -45 days after you reserved the unit.  It will be paid in 15 monthly installment without interest.
  7. After 15 months, your next payment will be to the bank (bank financing).  This payment is called amortization.
  8. The amortization will start on the 16th month.  After you have fully paid the 15 downpayment.
