Steps in buying a house at Bellefort Estates
  1. Visit the site (you or your trusted representative).  Call or Text us for tripping schedule (trippings daily).
  2. Choose the lot and block and request for a computation of the chosen unit.
  3. After reviewing the computation, the chosen unit can be reserved by paying the corresponding *reservation fee.
  4. During reservation, Bank or InHouse documents will be given for signature.
  5. After reservation, wait for 30 days for the start of your first downpayment.
  6. Submit all the required documents within the said 30-day period.
  7. Wait for the house turn over.
 *Reservation fee is non-refundable but will form part of the down payment.
