DATE & DURATION: November 25, 2011 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
November 30, 2011 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
PICK-UP POINTS:
Brokers coming from the North areas : Shell near MRT Buendia (8:30 am sharp)
Brokers coming from the South areas : Since itinerary will be via SLEX, we may pick-up at the nearest gas station or exit points from which you will be coming from.
ACCREDITATION & SITE ORIENTATION RULES:

A standard of 3 days notification and confirmation will be made for every Broker attendee.

Only the head broker will be allowed to attend the accreditation and site orientation. Broker attendees will be at a maximum of 5 - 8 persons only (Broker heads only not salespersons).

Brokers must submit the necessary and complete requirements on the same day of the accreditation also.

House to house pick is not allowed. Only the designated pick-up points will be allowed.

Pick-up point will also be the same drop-off point for all passengers.

As a courtesy to other brokers who will be pick-up along the way, we will allot only a maximum of 10 minutes waiting time for the pick-up.
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ( as mandated and a requirement of the Professional Regulation Commission to all Brokers & Real Estate Developers )
FOR INDEPENDENT EXTERNAL BROKERS WITH AND WITHOUT A BROKERAGE COMPANY:
ï‚· Photocopy of your Real Estate Broker’s License issued by the Professional Regulation Commission.
ï‚· Photocopy of the Certificate of Registration issued by the PRC.
ï‚· Photocopy Tax Identification Card and Value Added Tax Certificate of Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
ï‚· Photocopy of the Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) issued by the local government where the Broker has place of business.
ï‚· If broker is engaged in business as a partnership or corporation, a xerox copy of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration.
ï‚· Three (3) 1 X 1 recent colored photos
ï‚· Completely filled up Broker’s Data Sheet
ï‚· After accreditation, the completely signed general Policies and Guidelines for Brokers to be issued by Active Group authorized personnel only.
