Empire East eyes urban resorts

EMPIRE East Land Holdings Inc. plans to develop more projects in the first half of the year, including its foray into the urban residential resort development.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the middle-income property developer said it would roll out 4,700 residential units worth P12 billion for the first six months.

“Our confidence level in the real estate sector is very high,” Anthony Charlemagne Yu, Empire East president, said.

Among the projects up for launch in the first half is the pioneering venture into urban residential development, Kasara Resorts Towers.

Situated near C5 Road in Ugong, Pasig City, Kasara Resorts Towers will offer close to 2,000 residential units in a nature-filled setting with landscaped greenery, various water features and wide-open spaces.
