 33% downpayment = PhP 1,000,000.00

 PhP 2,000,000.00 balance payable in 5 years at 18% per annum = 50,786.85/month,

                                              or payable in 8 years at 18% per annum = 39,446.43/month.

* Under private financing, if for some unfortunate reason the borrower can no longer continue paying amortization, Instead of foreclosure, I can just build a newer but smaller one corresponding to how much the buyer has already amortized, less interest and refurbishing cost. Therefore, the buyer never loses his/her investment.
