a)      If investor has paid less than 50% of the total contract value, investors receives    25% of the income due.

b)     If investor has paid 50.01% TO 70% of the total contract value, investors receives 50% of the income due.

c)      If investor has paid 70.01% TO 90% of the total contract value, investors receives 75% of the income due.

d)     If investor has paid 90.01% TO 100% of the total contract value, investors receives 100% of the income due.

BUY-BACK PROGRAM

·         Five (5) years after condotel operation, investors can have the following options:

a)      Resell the unit at the open market;

b)      Resell the unit to Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation at acquisition price;

c)      Resell the unit at the open market through Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation for a minimal fee.
